Family Law Firm with full time opening for a well-rounded, highly motivated, Associate Attorney in our Marlton, NJ office. The ideal candidate should be experienced in Family Law in New Jersey state courts.
Associate Attorney with minimum three years’ experience in the areas of Family Law: Divorce, Custody, Alimony, Domestic Violence.
Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.

Responsibilities:
* Handling trials and motions
* Conducting Discovery
* Legal Research, Brief Writing, Drafting
Requirements:
* Licensed in NJ
* Have at least 1 years of experience in Family Law
* Ability to work proactively and independently
* Able to handle a high volume of cases for extremely BUSY firm
* Travel throughout NJ to attend court appearance
