Permanent Opportunity – Change Lead | Digital Transformation

We’re working with a global management consultancy to appoint a Change Lead for a major Oracle ERP transformation program based in Chicago .

What you'll be doing:

• Leading stakeholder readiness, change planning, and training delivery for a multi-phase Oracle ERP rollout
• Designing and executing communications, training, and adoption strategies
• Partnering with business process owners and transformation leads to track engagement and embed new ways of working
• Supporting UAT, go-live readiness, and post-launch reinforcement activities

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Hands-on experience delivering change management in large-scale ERP programs (Oracle preferred)
• Proven track record engaging senior stakeholders and driving adoption in complex organisations
• Familiarity with structured methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci)
• Strong communication and planning skills, with the ability to work across functions
