Contracts Administrator HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE

Your experience with corporate contracts, liability limits, indemnification, guarantees, clauses and obligations and your high attention to detail will be valuable in this position. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing contracts, MSA agreements, and statements of work while identifying risk, exposure and key factors and components falling outside of the companies standards.
• Escalate highlighted items to senior management and work with the attorney to ensure all exposures and key factors are appropriately negotiated before the contract is executed.
• Review, abstract and monitor all contracts while ensuring the company is complying with all obligations and commitments spelled out in each contract.

• In this position you will have a direct impact on the growth and success of the company!
