shareQ is a Lebanese NGO (registration number 1206/2012). Under shareQ, ProAbled is a main department aiming for training and including into jobs persons with physical or sensorial disabilities or acute financial challenges. ProAbled ( provides employment services for persons with disabilities or financial challenges to support them in finding and integrating jobs. Many of the training and employment services are provided via online platforms. ShareQ is seeking to collaborate with a consultant who can provide expertise in inclusion consultancy related to the development of our curriculum. Interested consultants are invited to submit their best price quotations for the services outlined in the financial offer below. The pricing should be competitive and inclusive of all costs, including taxes. Description The curriculum design and training consultant will be responsible for assessment, planning sessions, content development, and revision of the completed curriculum. You will collaborate with professionals to develop materials for different stakeholders. Submission Of Proposals: Interested consultants are requested to submit their proposals by email with the title "Curriculum Design and Training Consultant Proposal" to the electronic address mentioned below. The proposals should include the following: Consultant profile / Company Profile / CV and contact information. Prices in USD Civil ID or Passport of the tenderer The financial offer should be signed and stamped Any offer that doesn't include all the specified conditions or terms mentioned above will be considered ineligible. shareQ can recruit more than one consultant depending on their disability expertise. Project Duration: This consultancy is to be delivered by the end of July 2025. Responsibilities And Main Duties: The selected curriculum design and training consultant shall perform the following responsibilities: Design, develop, and create a curriculum that delivers learning objectives. Develop learning goals and plans. Develop and compile curriculum to drive lessons and instructions. Design and develop training materials, including lesson plans, instructional materials, assessments, and other resources. Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and training programs. Job Qualification: To be eligible for this tender, candidates should meet the following qualifications: University Degree preferably in inclusion, management, education, or professional experience in related fields. Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Minimum 4 years of experience in the disability sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. The Consultant should possess the following competencies: Strong interpersonal skills. Mission-driven and social spirit. Leadership skills: Taking initiative and problem-solving. Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
