Data Entry Specialist (Case Creation) - Full-Time Contractor (Remote - LATAM)

Ruvixx is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team as a full-time Independent Contractor.

Compensation and Role Details

• Role Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor
• Location: Remote (Within South America only)
• Trial Period: This contract includes an initial 3-month trial period.
• Contract Length: 2-year initial term (renewable)
• Compensation: $500 USD per month

Your Impact in This Role

• Execute manual entry and comprehensive cleaning of large-scale data sets with exceptional accuracy.
• Conduct online investigation and research to augment and enrich target data (Case Creation).
• Prepare and deliver timely reports on processed data sets to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the campaign management and data teams to identify data integrity issues and contribute to developing effective solutions.

Requirements for Success

• Must be geographically located in South America (e.g., Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile, etc.).
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a Data Entry, Virtual Assistant, or similar data-focused role.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data cleaning functions, VLOOKUP).
• Proficiency with databases, CRM applications, or similar data management tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher is strongly preferred).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
