Role: ETL Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote)

Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned scripts for data transformation and analysis.
• Implement and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from various sources into data warehouses.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational and domain standards.
• Support production ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of data.
• Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS.
• Advanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
• Experience working in the healthcare domain (claims, eligibility, payer/provider data, etc.).
• Familiarity with Azure ecosystem (Data Lake, Synapse, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
