Floor Tech – Join Our Dedicated Team!

Location: Orleans, Hyannis, Eastham, West Yarmouth, Falmouth, MA AREA

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

TESCO Staffing is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Techs to join our team at healthcare facilities in Orleans, Hyannis, Eastham, West Yarmouth, and Falmouth, MA AREA . If you have experience in floor care and take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments, we encourage you to apply!

Available Shifts:

• (3:00pm - 11:30pm) – Monday to Friday

• Responsibilities:
• Perform floor care duties, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors.
• Clean and maintain carpeted and hard-surfaced floors in patient rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public spaces.
• Ensure floors are free of debris, stains, and hazards.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including buffers, vacuums, and scrubbers.
• Replenish essential supplies as needed.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols while performing floor care tasks.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in floor care or as a floor tech preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures, equipment, and products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
