NOW HIRING: Full-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers (Non-CDL)

Columbus, MS | $140.00 per day + $15.00/Day Incentive | Paid Weekly

Mudcat Express is urgently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers in the Columbus, MS area. If you're dependable, driven, and ready to hit the road—this is the opportunity for you!

PAY & INCENTIVES:

• $120.00/Day Training Pay.
• $130.00/Day with $15.00/Day incentive after training.
• After 90 Days- $140.00/Day with $15.00/Day incentive.
• Paid Weekly

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Non-CDL Position – NO Commercial License Required
• Deliver to local businesses and residences
• Drive company-provided step vans and cutaways
• Based out of the Columbus, MS FedEx Ground terminal :

SCHEDULE:

• Shifts start at 7:30 AM and end upon route completion (around 5:30 PM)
• Work 5-6 days/week , including weekends
• Monday and Friday are required
• One weekday off (Tues/Wed/Thurs)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 21+ years old
• 1+ year of driving experience is required (Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, etc. count!)
• Clean MVR & background check
• Able to pass drug screening (includes cannabis, Delta 8, and some CBDs)
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs. (with a dolly)
• Strong customer service and time-management skills

*This position is very physically demanding. You will be in and out of the vehicle all day. You will need to be able to lift and maneuver heavy packages.*

BONUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

UPS, Amazon, FedEx (past experience), DHL, Walmart, Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.
