Role: Gen AI Graphic Motion Designer Location: San Francisco, CA About the role We are seeking a talented and innovative Gen AI Graphic Motion Designer to join our creative agency in San Francisco. This role combines AI-powered design skills with traditional motion graphics to create compelling visual content for a leading B2B finance solutions company. The Motion Designer will create dynamic motion graphics, animations, and videos using both traditional and AI-powered tools, leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate and enhance the creative process. What you will be doing Develop visually compelling video content for digital platforms, social media, presentations, and other formats Adapt brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all animated content Collaborate with creative teams to execute campaign concepts Stay current with emerging AI design technologies and techniques Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients Optimize workflows by combining AI tools with traditional design processes Work with the creative team to establish design systems and templates for AI generation Optimize AI prompts to achieve consistent, on-brand outputs Stay updated on evolving generative AI technologies and methodologies Create engaging content from ideation through repurposing and reformatting assets Monitor industry trends to stay at the forefront of creative excellence Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects for high-profile clients What you need to be great in this role Excellent client engagement skills and the ability to build strong working relationships Innate creative flair with strong art direction and concepting across multi-platforms Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong typography, layout, and attention to detail Experience across online banners, social posts, web and UI design, and storytelling Understanding of responsive design across digital platforms Understanding of UX and current social and digital trends Motion and video skills using After Effects and Premiere; storyboarding concepts Experience with print collateral and branding Ability to articulate ideas confidently with the team and clients Experience in relevant sectors and with relevant products 5+ years of relevant experience in Digital, Motion Graphics, and Production Salary : The base salary for this position may range from $93,500.00 to $104,500.00, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
