- Compensation: - $260,000 to $280,000 based on experience

- Additional Info: This Pediatric provider will evaluate, treat, and provide medical management of pediatric/adolescent patients in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and pediatric care team. Responsibilities include direct patient care, staff consultation, training/mentoring of students and midlevel providers, coordination of assigned patient panels, quality assurance activities, participation in HEDIS/population health, and applying the AIDET communication model to improve outcomes and patient experience.Requirements: - Current/unrestricted CA Physician & Surgeon License- Current/unrestricted DEA Certificate- Current BLS/CPR (AHA/ARC)- Current/unrestricted NPI enrollment- Ability to travel site-to-site- Experience with diverse populations- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus- Board Certified preferred
