Primary Care Physician – Dunedin
Direct Hire Opportunity | Outpatient Focus | Value-Based Care

Premier Physician Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Family Practice or Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, physician-led multi-specialty group in Dunedin, Florida. This is a direct hire position offering a stable, supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

About the Role:
This position is centered on outpatient medicine, with a strong emphasis on preventative care, chronic disease management, and same-day sick visits. Physicians may also choose to participate in inpatient or skilled nursing care, based on personal interest. The organization is committed to helping providers succeed in a value-based healthcare model, with robust support for meeting quality metrics and improving patient outcomes.

Requirements:
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Clean professional record, including malpractice history
• Valid DEA registration
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post-residency
• Experience with Medicare Advantage plans and familiarity with STARS and HEDIS measures
