- Assignment Length: Ongoing; 7-on / 7-off scheduling
PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: Adult inpatient
- Annual Patient Encounters: 4,000
- ICU Coverage: Hospitalists round on ICU (10 beds), intensivist available on-call
- Vent Management: Must provide case logs for ventilator management

- Bed Count: 99 beds, including 10 ICU beds

- Specialty Backup: Intensivist available for ICU support

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Malpractice Insurance: Paid
Benefits: Available for full-time physicians
- Pay Rate Structure: Daily OT after 12 hours (based on differential); Weekly OT after 168 hours (based on fixed) REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Ventilator management (documentation required)
- General inpatient hospitalist duties, including admissions, rounding, and discharges
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board: Board Certification required (FM or IM physicians qualify)
- DEA: Active DEA registration required prior to start
- Residency: Completion of accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
