As a Momentum Lux Agent, You Will:

• Diligently Follow Up on Leads: Maximize every opportunity with consistent lead engagement.
• Build Strong Client Relationships: Understand buyers’ and sellers’ needs to create long-term success.
• Conduct Expert Consultations: Guide clients through buying and selling decisions with confidence.
• Showcase Listings: Host open houses and present properties to attract the right buyers.
• Manage Seamless Transactions: Ensure smooth, efficient closings for all parties involved.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Active Real Estate License (Required)
• Minimum of 5 average closed transactions per year
