Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Hospice RN for a day shift home health assignment requiring 2 years of experience and BLS certification.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a hospice home health setting
• 8-hour day shifts with required call and call back
• 13-week assignment
• Utilizes NDOC EMR and performs OASIS (Medicare assessment); training preferred
• Provide hospice care and related assessments for patients in a home health environment
• Participation in call rotation is required

• Active NY RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with NDOC EMR and OASIS preferred
