Dentist needed in Corning, NY

A highly respected, doctor-led dental group in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York is actively seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their established, multi-specialty team. This fee-for-service private practice has been serving families in the community for over 50 years and is known for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care with the support of a highly trained clinical and administrative staff.

Practice Highlights:

• Privately located in a modern, stand-alone facility with 12 operatories

• Equipped with advanced dental technology: iTero scanners, CEREC, Glidewell FastMill, and Schick digital radiography

• Broad scope of services provided in-house, including Invisalign, implants, endodontics, pediatrics, and surgical procedures

About the Location:

Position Details:

• Schedule: Tuesday through Friday (4-day workweek)

• Fully fee-for-service model no insurance-based production pressure

• New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship from a team of experienced doctors

• Preference for candidates with GPR or AEGD training (not required)

• Strong emphasis on continuing education, growth mindset, and relationship-building with patients

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation range: $140,000 to $300,000+

• Strong minimum guarantee with production-based incentives (percentage of collections)
