Operations and Administration Analyst NBOH

Use your attention to detail, adaptability and problem-solving skills to support our growing team! Investigate and provide analysis to ensure accuracy of transactions within Cellular Sales.

What you will do:

• Interact directly with Dealers and Markets using tools like Service Now
• Identify issues and errors reported
• Identify issues and trends based on information that you have reviewed
• Use other applications to research, resolve, and report to the appropriate parties.
• Edit invoices or research transactions for validity in multiple systems.
• Report common trends to your leadership and to Market Leadership upon request.
